Going through the motions with no particular direction in mind is the theme of this piece. I was looking for something dirge-like and eerie for this song, and so it ends up being kind of like a ragga-chill out thing. The title comes from my friend Dave who used the word hurtbag extensively at the time, notwithstanding the fact that we were both distracting each other from our various problems at the time, with drink and other things.
